Note that some of the documents that are dated as provided in this folder
were scanned when I was an amateur with an OCR. Therefore, the quality
of the technology back then, as well as my ability to establish proper
settings with my equipment more than a decade ago leaves much to be
desired. Many of the same documents were scanned again later and are
of better copy. Those documents are likely to be part of the 
previously "examples" of the "Quo Warranto" and "En Banc" filings 
that were submitted to the 6th Circuit Court at the beginning and in the 
end of 2016 respectively.
