Summary of Charles Stewart's Previous Lectures/Sermons:

Charles Stewart's Current Lecture/Sermon Agenda-Item 1:

In this Wednesday's conference, i intend to again open with a Similar Brief Lecture/Sermon; & there-in Expanding on our previous Foundation; by focusing more intensely on "Modern Applications" of these Ancient & Time-Tested "Perfect Laws of Liberty", aka: "Due-Process of Common-Law".

Here-in; i will focus on how the American National "Constitution" document of 1787/1789, did Not establish a "Government Of the People, By & For the People", under general & "Public Law", but rather it Established a "Private-Corporation for a Public-Purpose".  The reason for this convoluted quagmire of confusion, was, (as the entire heard-mentality stampede to abandon the Articles of Confederation so indicated); allegedly because our Common People were Too Incompetent to "Responsibly Self-Govern", under a general & public system of Common-Law; & there-under, we allegedly Needed a "Nanny State" to impose "Coercive Force" over us all, as is generally described in the concept of "Parens Patriae"; as web-linked further below here-in.  Here-under; we are looking at an intensely obscured but intensely related example of "Conflict of Laws", as generally described here:

The Deceptions grow seriously intense here, especially concerning such fundamental concepts as "Federalism", "Confederation", * "Organic Law"; but, specific provisions with-in that National & various State-level "Constitution" documents provide "Remedy" for those evils, at least for those of us with the rare mixture of courage & brains to move-forward with them.  Of particular significance here will be discussed the National "Sixth & Seventh Amendments". 

Building further there-on, we will explore the concept of "Venue", & how these & various other sources work together to make our most powerful arguments by "Challenging Jurisdiction", in the modern Civil/Municipal Courts which so routinely oppress & abuse our common people. Specific Phrases of profound significance will be reviewed here; largely built on the fact that all Federal Courts & all State level Circuit & Superior Courts, are all only Courts of "Limited Jurisdiction"; as evidenced in the web-link here:

How-ever; the much More Powerful Courts of "General Jurisdiction" are Constitutionally Mandated to Exist at our Precinct & County Levels, as "Courts of Justice", & as "County Courts".  The related Concepts of "Original Jurisdiction" & "Exclusive Jurisdiction" come in-to powerful play. Here-under; over 300,000 "Vacant Judicial-Offices" Exist; & there-in, any of us can Assume General Original & Exclusive Jurisdiction of Common-Law Judicial-Officers; & there-by "Issue Final-Judgements", which, "as a matter of law", will Completely Shut-Down All Roman-Law Based Municipal/Civil/Private Courts of "Limited Jurisdiction".

Because of their direct linkages to the Mass-Murders & Genocide of those involved in the "Jewish Revolution of ad-66", along with implied "Christian/Messianic" linkages; here-under, the Forces of Tyranny & Despotism may realistically & strategically be referred to as the "Forces of Anti-Semitism"; which terminology should nicely neutralize the relentlessly problematic ADL/SPLC anarchists. It was the "Roman Empire who Murdered these Courageous "Jews", aka "Judeo-Christians"; & our grand Anglo/American/Israelite Tradition of "Due-Process of Common-Law" is a "Last Surviving Legacy" there-of, & our modern times have brought us to the edge of an "Apocalyptic Scenario"; where-in we desperately Need to Communicate & Organize to Confront the Evil Slave-Trading Jurisdiction of the Roman-Empire, & there-by to "Responsibly Self-Govern" in our Smaller Communities, every-where.

1.1: Above described is the "Bible-Law/Common-Law Executive/Enforcement Model", which is Lawfully Required to Govern Executive/Enforcement with-in our USA.  How-ever; there are among us numerous law-gurus who seem quite content to Fixate the Attention of our Entire Patriot-Community on some version of what might be described as their "Military/Pentagon Executive/Enforcement Model".

1.2:  That Plan is Modeled up-on what might be best described as a "Nanny-State"; where, the Entire Body-Politic of our American-People  are recognized as being Too Mentally, Spiritually, & Courageously "Incompetent" to "Responsibly Self-Govern".   There-in, & under our "Original Constitutional Plan" & it's Guaranteed "Republican Form of Government", our Constitutionally-Guaranteed Rights to "Responsibly Self-Govern" are to be Sacrificed on the Alter of Fear; at least when it comes to the critically-important "Official Duties" of both "Executive Officers" & "Judicial Officers".  Under that "Fear-Mongers Model"; the Entire Body-Politic of our American People are targeted to be reduced to the status of "Incompetent Children", such as described in such legal concepts as the "Parens-Patriae Doctrine", & who are to be for-ever pampered by a presumably benevolent "Nanny-State Government".
