2: As above described, the issues raised thru discussions of Our Court Adjudicating the Criminal-Complaints of David Schied
were also discussed In a Tuesday-evening conference hosted by the "Beacon37" group.
There-in; a prominent figure & founding member named "Jim Wright", did Publicly Question the Lawful-Authority of Our Court
 to bring about a "Final Judgement" under the "Rules of the Common-Law", as recognized in the "Seventh Amendment".

3: Perhaps the Single Most Important Issue for our community to discuss, is the issue of "Executive Action" & "Enforcement".
Our Conference/Court will again prioritize discussions of this "Executive/Enforcement" Issue;
especially in the light of the interactions between members of Our Court & the "Beacon37" Group,
with prominent members of the Beacon37 Group, (including "Jim Wright"), fixating their community's energies on
attempting to gain Legitimacy for Executive/Enforcement of Lawful Governmental Policies through completing a monumental work-load of paper-work
which seems intended, ultimately, to Certify Legitimacy for the Pentagon, & other Military Officers, including local Provost-Marshals,
to Act in the Service of our American People by providing for us this "Executive/Enforcement Authority".

7: "Jeremiah Guthrie", aka: "Donaldson", has requested that we put a Case which he is concerned about on the Agenda.
That Case is concerned about "Clearing Title" to an abandoned piece of Real-Property in New-York State.
Jeremiah has indicated that he is in the process of securing documents related to this case,
so that those in attendance on Our Court may more efficiently become responsibly acquainted there-with.
This author feels compelled to further note, that, while many apparently well-meaning people have expressed
serious questions about the Level of Honor of the Persona/Reputation of Jeremiah-Guthrie/Donaldson,
None have taken the Steps Necessary to formally Certify him as being "Not a Qualified-Elector"; as explained in "Agenda-Item 2", above;
&, generally speaking, & until such a challenge might be formally placed before Our Court,
we will continue to show similarly limited indulgences as this, for such reputably-questioned characters.

As with all Jury Verdicts which Our Court produces; people who have agreed to act as "Jurors" should
review these rough-draft versions of Our Court's Jury Verdicts, to be sure that there are "No Errors" in the words there-in.
Common-Law Requires that such Jury-Verdicts be "Unanimous"; & that means we must hammer-out a "Consensus" among all 12 of us
concerning how the Final-Wording of these "Jury Verdict" documents are to finally be presented by us to the Public.   

9:  Our Court is Publicly Inviting All all Honorably Concerned Americans
