This biography is composed in efforts to help other Honorable Constitutional Activists &/or Social-Justice Activists to develop insights as to how most effectively they might be able to work with myself, Charles Stewart. I also seek similar info and opportunities from them. Briefly; the work I and my associates are seeking to accomplish, is to use Fundamental Principles of American Constitutional-Law to purge our Organic American National Body-Politic of the economic & literal blood-sucking evil which presently parasitically-infects it; &, at the same time, & in manners which minimize any un-avoidable social-trauma, we also seek to establish truth, justice, safety, peace, & liberty, in that order, for “We the People”, here-in.
We will address the welfare of the rest of the planet, later.

I am apprehensively assuming a tone of authority here-in, because our American Patriot/Constitutionalist Movement is saturated with arrogantly loud-mouthed gurus who are using similar tones of authority, to mis-lead multitudes of honorable but naive Americans of into destruction. I, and a number of others, have worked very hard to develop our own personal clarity-of-vision concerning what actually needs to be done in order to advance these causes; yet we see very few others who have completed sufficient study of our modern social-reality so that that they might actually provide competent guidance & direction for the lost & confused masses.

My preference would be to be in the woods, in fresh air and sunshine, or swimming in attempts to keep my crippled arthritic condition form getting worse. But the pressures of the current political/religious/spiritual-battle will not allow me this luxury.

My parents ancestors, on both sides, moved to Oregon in the late 1800's. I can trace my Stewart lineage back to the 1820's or so, in the Ohio/Illinois area. My parents themselves moved from Oregon to Sitka Alaska in 1951. I was born there in August of 1954. I moved back to Oregon in 1988, to the city of Sandy, in Clackamas County, which is still my present town/city of residence.

During the time in which I was born, in Alaska, my mother wanted a son who was a jet-fighter-pilot, a razor-sharp reflexed fighting-machine, with an un-questioning form of blindly-loyal American-Patriotism. But then my mother started studying with “Jehovah’s Witnesses” in about 1958. She shared these studies with me. There-in; I developed an appreciation for the Fundamental Principles of “Biblical-Law”.

All of my family, except my father, moved to Scappoose Oregon for a little over six months in 1971. There, at the age of 17, I was involved in a motorcycle wreck in which I severely broke my left leg. The tibia & fibula were completely broken & disconnected. The medical doctors who re-set it, set it in a dysfunctional & deformed manner; with the edges of the bone breaks set side-by side; instead of end-to-end, as would be their more natural manner. This has caused one leg to be shorter than the other, & it has caused the 28 - 32 bones in my left foot to be unable to support the weight of the left half of my body in a geometrically-balanced manner. One hip has become higher than the other; & my entire spine has been thrown out of balance. I am very angry at those medical doctors. I have asked them to re-set the bones on multiple occasions. They refuse to admit that this deformity is the source of my health problem. I am now on social security disability as a result of all of this, although my later diagnosis is a form of arthritis called “ankylosing spondylitis”.

I find much relief for my disability through a vegetarian diet, & other naturopathic & herbal therapies. I consider myself an advanced scholar in nutrition, as well as in constitutional-law. Medical schools do not teach nutrition. Law schools do not teach higher/constitutional-law. These are all merely symptoms of a much larger & deeper problem.

I was a “D”student in most of my high-school years. But in my few months in high-school in Scappoose Oregon, in 1971, before he wreck; I was getting A’s & B’s. That did me good. It proved I had at least as much intelligence as most other students, but that the Alaska teachers were just prejudice against me. I instinctively knew that, but having the documentation from the Oregon school system was a much-needed reassurance for my dysfunctional self-esteem.

My formal education stopped with my graduation from Sitka High School.

My mother began training me as a “Jehovah’s Witness” in 1958, & I was baptized there-in in 1971, & I continued in these studies, more or less regularly, until about 1978. This generally amounted to about 20 years of Jehovah's-Witness training. My time here as a “Jehovah’s Witness” taught me at least as many valuable skills as did thew “Public Schools”, both of which I still believe I would have been better-off with-out, but also both of which did provide with at least some useful skills. The few benefits of the Public School system are well known, but the benefits if training as a Jehovah's Witness deserve special mention. I learned there-in how to speak comfortably in front of an audience. I learned to “Out-Line” my speeches, on paper, in advance. This “Out-Lining” skill is also extremely valuable in Composing Legal-Documents; or Manuscripts, and/or Books, because it forces the writer place his thoughts into a logical/coherent & organized arrangement. Very few people know how to do this efficiently.

Perhaps the most valuable skill I there-in developed, was the courage to go “Door-to-Door”, Talking to People about the “Kingdom of God” on this Earth. Again; very few people can do any-thing like this. I can do all of these things.

Perhaps because of this last skill, and from my experience in my very early years in going door-to-door as a Jehovah's Witness, I developed a clear comprehension of what the collective-consciousness of the public was generally like. I learned very early that most people will shy away from serious discussions about spiritual issues, & that among those few who actually had the courage to engage in discussion there-on, there was probably about 50 % who could easily be shown to be completely illogical, and who did not seem feel at all ashamed about their easily exposable incompetence. From my early years, I saw many school-teachers, from all levels of school-teaching, who were either too cowardly to discuss these issues, or who were so obviously completely incompetent on these points, that the average open-minded 10-year-old/fifth-grader could accurately judge them to be intellectually-bankrupt, upon the child's merely having an opportunity to observe the teacher's discussion with us Jehovah's Witnesses on the teacher's front porch.

So, from this very early age, I developed a serious dis-respect for formal/institutionalized education. I was not sad when I quit engaging there-in directly after my completion if high-school, & I still believe to this day that any attempting by me to compete in those survival-of-the-fittest & grade-by-curve institutions would have only worked to retard my body/mind/spirit growth even further than it already had then been hindered. To this day, and generally speaking, I have Little Respect for “Constitutional-Law Professors”, or “Medical Doctors”, or any other institutionally-educated individuals of any specific field of study, simply because I know quite firmly that any specific young & well-motivated individual can quite quickly surpass all of that vastly over-rated formal educational knowledge, merely by applying him/her-self to the study of the available books & other literature which is concerned with any of these subjects. This basic principle of natural/organic learning is now even more applicable in the ages of the internet. This new “Free-Market” of thoughts & ideas is revolutionizing learning; and, like printed news-papers, those institutionalized, centralized, & militaristically-controlled learning-environments are quickly becoming obsolete. And I am finding delight in every moment there-of.

In about 1972, the “Watchtower Bible & Tract Society”, which is the corporate/parent organization of the “Jehovah’s Witnesses”, did “Prophecy” on numerous occasions that “Armageddon” would soon come. They were hyping-up their blindly-loyal & trusting followers into passing-out all kinds of apocalyptic literature, in efforts to drag new members into their organization. When the first “False Prophecy” failed to materialize, I confronted these leaders about it, & they said they had mis-calculated by a year or two; & to please stay with them & continue in the faithful service. I did that. Then the second prophecy passed without Armageddon occurring. I again confronted the elders. They told me that if I kept asking such confrontational questions, that my position as a ministerial-servant would be in danger. I tried to focus the discussion on the fact that they had now made “False Prophecy” Twice in a row, now. They refused to engage discussion with me on that critical-point, but they shifted the subject over to boldly accusing me having a “Lack of Faith”. I wrote letters to the highest levels of the organization. They completely ignored my letters, at all higher levels.

At about the age of 24 I formally Wrote to the “Watchtower Bible & Tract Society”; & I there-in notified them that I was with-drawing my membership from their religious organization. I received no response.

At this time I realized that my 12-years in public-school education had not provided me with any practical skills for economically surviving on my own, & that my 20 years of study with the Jehovah's Witnesses Organization been similarly wasted. This was a very traumatic period in my life. I was forced to the point where I questioned the existence of God. I broke through that short-term quandary by looking around & seeing very clearly the existence of a sociological force which was very evil, very powerful, & apparently very ancient. Yet I also deduced that somehow, something had been obstructing that powerful evil force from gaining a complete strangle-hold over the entire planet. Like the form of a shadow showing a clear image where the absence of light was laid, I deduced that the “only logical explanation” for why that apparently ancient and clearly powerfully-evil force had not been able to complete total world domination, was because there must be an equal or greater Force for Good which was routinely thwarting that evil one's obvious agenda.

But without the peer-support of the Jehovah's Witnesses organization, which I had become addicted to; & with no skills for producing reliable economic income; my spirit was emotionally crushed. I retreated into the use of statutorily non-compliant drugs, mostly marijuana. Here-by; the vast Waste of all of my early formative-years became devastatingly apparent to me. Along with the “Watchtower Bible & Tract Society”, I blamed the “Public-School System”. Between these two, my young life was rendered very close to totally worthless. If I had not been able to salvage my faith in God, I would have been suicidal.

My still-held “Jehovah’s Witness” training thirsted for some sociological form of “God's Kingdom on Earth”. This was Still a “Reasonable Goal” for me. I began to believe that these goals would just have to be accomplished with-out any assistance from the corrupted “Watchtower Bible & Tract Society”. And through my J.W. door-to-door ministry there-in, I knew fairly well than none of the other larger religious organizations were providing any realistic strategy for advancing “God's Kingdom on this Earth”, either.

Yet I so desperately & fervently wished for precisely this, that I looked everywhere for any evidence that God had provided Solutions for all of the evils which afflict this planet. I examined the writings of all commonly known religious institutions, especially on the fringes. I examined the writings of all political-philosophies, political-parties, constitution-related organizations. Although the writings of a few of these organizations seemed promising, closer examinations of their actual workings always left me disappointed. I could find no organization which seemed to me to be anything even closely resembling a congregation of people who were actually intelligently seeking to establish anything resembling “Gods Kingdom on Earth”. I came to believe that God had not provided any “Solutions” for those who were seeking to establish His Kingdom on this earth. Being committed at my very spiritual-core to this pathway, I there-under slowly came to the distasteful conclusion that, if I was to remain true to my calling, that I would be forced to rely on my own ingenuity.

Here-under; from my reading of an obscure book by one “Lysander Spooner”, written in 1852, & entitled: “An Essay on the Trial by Jury”; I had developed a solid appreciation for “Common-Law”. But this gem of insight did not provide me with sufficient details to build a Social-Movement Strategy around. I knew that in order to wrest power from the “Babylonian Whore” Governmental System; that something would have to be done to empower the common people. Around 1992, in the Portland Oregon area, I learned of “Cable Access Television”,
& the opportunities there-in for a single individual to reach-out through television to massive numbers of people. Here-under, I produced over 20 cable access television shows, under the title “The Participatory Democracy Project”. I arranged Twelve Panelists, modeled on a “Common-Law Jury”, in a semi-circle before the television camera. Each of these people were prominent Political Activists in the Portland Oregon area. I tried very hard to balance them between left-wingers & right-wingers. It was very successful. I rarely had to even speak my own views in order to find my opinions naturally surviving the fray of the heated debates that spontaneously arose. Abortion and Homosexuality were the most inflammatory issues.

And the good people among the lefties & the right-wingers slowly came to the realization that the real enemy was not their normally thought of ideological opponents, but rather it was in

is the self-appointed elitists & leaders over both of their factions. Neither the “Liberals” Nor the “Radical Right” are the Problem. It is the “Un-Natural Aristocrats” (as Jefferson called them), who are the Real Problem.

This was going well; significant progress was being made. Coalitions were being built in the Portland area which had the serious potential to dis-lodge the powers that be. But I got into some personal difficulties at the cable access television station, and the police were hassling me for various of my non-conformist activities.

At thist same time I learned of the “Christian Jural Society” in California; & of “LeRoy Schweitzer” & his group of “Montana Freemen”.

Randy Lee & John Quade/Williams of the “Christian Jural Society” of California; made an intellectually-clear argument that there were Linkages between the ancient “Common-Law”, & the Teachings of Christ/Messiah Jesus/Yeshuah. I had instinctive suspected this, but this was the first time I had seen anyone bold enough to assert it, & to actually produce research which seemed to solidly back it up. This was enough to give me serious pause. My cable-tv show was becoming a serious hassle. The requested funding was elusive. It was growing, but it was not economically able to support itself.

Then in about the summer of 1996; Karl & Sunny Klang gave me a Video of “LeRoy Michael, Schweitzer”; who was conducting a seminar in Montana in January 1996. He was in jail by the time I viewed his video; & his followers were being hunted like dangerous dogs by corrupted federal agents.

LeRoy Schweitzer’s video amazed me. Schweitzer explained how our American Constitutional-System of Government, has De-Centralized the Authority of Government down completely to the common people. He further explained how the State & Federal Constitutions Prohibited the Federal & State Governmental Authorities from Assuming Control of the vast majority of the affairs of the common people. Schweitzer explained how American Constitutional “Townships, Precincts, & Counties” are all Very Small, Accountable, & Locally Controllable “Common-Law Jurisdictions”. He explained how all of this was based on Biblical Law. ... I was elated.

Further, Schweitzer showed how to Lawfully Confront the corrupted government officers who were lawlessly usurping this un-constitutional authority over the people’s smaller communities. Schweitzer used mostly “Commercial-Law” Process; which I have avoided. What Schweitzer was doing there, is what got him & his fellow Freemen arrested; not because it was un-lawful, but because he did not accurately calculate how to strategically confront the agents of the evil-empire as they were so obviously motivated to responded in an escalated & lawless manner to his very provocative work.

Schweitzer also showed how to use “Quo-Warranto” Complaints. This is one of the “Common-Law Writs”. This was the mechanism through which the “King of England” Demanded an Accounting from His “Pubic Servants” who worked in the “Civil-Government of the King”. At the American Revolution, this very significant “Kingly Power” over the “Public Servants” with-in the Civil Government, was “De-Centralized” Down to All of the American People. “We the People” are “Joint Tenants in the Sovereignty”; and these are the precise words which were used in the early American U.S. Supreme Court case, known as “Chisolm Vs Georgia”. This is dynamite. I stopped working on my cable-access television show, which again was becoming seriously burdensome, all so that I could devote my limited time/energy recourses to developing this new and theocratically-powerful field of research.

I had moved to Sandy Oregon, in large part because not far there-from was a radical right-wing Book-Store called “Christian Patriot Association”, & which was also doing business as the “American Freeman Association”. I had known about this book-store for years before I moved to Sandy, and I loved it dearly. They sold silver and gold coins, they did battle with the IRS, they helped people fight their own court cases, and they sold books which contained information about how to do almost everything which I thought was necessary for people who are seeking to establish “God's Kingdom on Earth”.

I had developed a arms-length working-relationship with most of those involved in this book-store. There were some very powerful egos here, and my ex-Jehovah's-Witness back-ground did not fit in well with them at all. Of particular note here is a second-in-command member of the board of directors named “Jeffrey Weakley”. Although we frequently had intensely-heated debates, which sometimes fractured our relations; for most of the time we worked together on projects of mutual concern in manners which produced a life-long appreciation for the talents of the other.

In particular, in somewhere between the years 1998 & 2000, we became motivated to start a Portland area “Common-Law Court”. We ran it for at least one year, maybe for two years, I forget right now. We chose our name as the “Multnomah County Common-Law Court”. We met once per month. We regularly held 12-person “Jury Trials”. Jeffrey Weakley presided as “Court Chaplin”, he regularly opened & closed our meetings with Prayer. We could not have conducted these meetings without his spiritual support. Richard Lancial was our “Court Clerk”.

Regular Court Justices Jim Bleakley and Michelle Grammer were also critically important in supporting this effort. I, Charles Stewart, acted as “Presiding Judge”.

We seriously shook the foundations of the defacto legal-hierarchy in the Portland Oregon area. We saw the fear in their eyes. We had them in the corner, looking desperately for a way out. They consistently retreated into un-movable silence as their only response to our confrontational paperwork.

The local police harassed us consistently. They severely beat our Court Justice Jim Bleakley. I & numerous others were stopped & ticketed for traffic violations, some of us had our vehicles towed. Our Court Clerk Richard Lancial had his home busted into by local cops, guns pointed in his face as he was wiping the morning sleep from his eyes, and him and his wife were yelled and severely cursed at by the cops, and ordered to dress and submit to arrest & jail. The local cops stole all of our Court Records which were in Clerk Lancial's possession, a number of which still to this day have not been returned.

We were forced by these circumstances to shut-down our “Multnomah County Common-Law Court”. Many of these court records, and the court seal are still in my personal possession.

Sometime here-after, in about 2002; I presented “Constructive Notice of Treason” Documents to All Members of the “Oregon State Supreme Court”; the Oregon Governor; the Attorney General; the “House & Sensate Judicial Committee”; & the “Oregon Law Commission”. This was a 20 to 30 page document, with over an inch thick stack of photo-copied supportive-documents.

These documents had clearly shocked the people who received it. It was obvious to me that no one had ever talked to these arrogant public-servants in this manner, and many of them clearly did not have any idea that they were proceeding in manners which were/are repugnant to American & Oregon Constitutional-Law. The Chief Judge of Oregon’s Supreme Court was then named “Wallace Carson”; and I and my associates were invited by him to discuss our accusations of the “Treason” of the State's Judicial Personnel. We recorded & transcribed these very insightful meetings, & they are available on the web. (please remind me to provide links.) It was very difficult to keep an organized group of supporters focused in this direction. Everyone wanted to be leader, and driving back and forth to Salem was prohibitively expensive, so i was forced to stop pushing in this direction, for a while at least.

In about 2005 I made contact with a talented woman in Washington State named “Maria Moffit”. She was running National Phone-Conferences with a group named something like American “Justices of the Peace”. I showed her an essay I had written on “Constables”, & we quickly developed a working relationship. I suggested that we use her phone-conference skills to organize an “American National Common-Law Court”, or something titled similarly. We did precisely this. We sent documents to corrupted public-servants, notifying them that our Jury would meet to discuss the merits of their accusations against one of our people, and that if they failed to appear or to otherwise contest the innocence of our compatriot, that our Jury would use our authority recognized under the Seventh Amendment to declare our compatriot innocent and not-guilty of their accusation against him or her.

We issued a number of judgements in this manner. We digitally-scanned the signatures and thumb-print seals of our Jurors and of our complaining-parties, in blue and red inks, which made very impressive looking documents. I sat as Presiding Judge. Our court ran fore a year or so. We had internal conflicts, which we were not able to overcome, and which caused us to dis-band.

There is much more that I could add; but, like with previous versions of this document, & I am trying to finish it in a timely manner.
